PORTLAND’S PREMIER PAINTING & CABINET REFINISHING COMPANY

We can’t say enough good things about Salazar Custom Finish. We had our ceilings, walls, doors, slatted closet doors, millwork and a table painted by Alvin in the majority of our home. We were out of the country while he was doing the painting. Even so, he kept us up to date with photos, videos, emails, texts and FaceTime throughout the entire project. His ongoing communication was more than we expected and so welcomed.
Alvin’s work was wonderful. He went above and beyond our expectations. We came home to a sparkling clean house with fresh paint throughout, We love everything about the results. The project was completed on time and without ANY hiccups.
Without any hesitation, we would recommend Salazar Custom Finish to our friends and family. Alvin is truly a professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Alvin at Salazar Custom Finish is fantastic. He and his team painted a hallway in our home and did a beautiful job — everything looks crisp and professionally done. He also rescued me from a failed DIY project when I tried to paint our stair rail… total lifesaver.

Alvin is friendly, down to earth, and incredibly good at what he does. If you’re looking for someone reliable who takes real pride in their work, I highly recommend him.

Alvin with Salazar Custom Finish did an excellent job on a full interior paint project in my home, as well as refinishing my cabinets. He was professional from start to finish, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and consistently arrived on time. He was very detailed oriented and made sure everything was done exactly as discussed. The quality of his work truly shows, and my home feels completely refreshed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality painting or finishing work. Thank you, Alvin!

Wow! Alvin from Salazar Custom Finish helped us get our home ready to put on the market, and we couldn't be happier. The Salazar team was always on time, got things done quickly, and left the place looking incredible. The work was beautiful, and because it looked so great, we were able to sell our house in a tough real estate market. I HIGHLY recommend Salazar Custom Finish if you want HIGH-QUALITY work done quickly. They are a small business focused on quality and customer service. If customer service is important to you, give them a call!

I can’t recommend Salazar Custom Finish highly enough. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was seamless and professional. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and the attention to detail was outstanding.

The quality of the work really shows—clean lines, even coats, and no shortcuts. I especially appreciated the time taken to properly prepare the space, protect surrounding areas, and leave everything spotless at the end of the job.
